The company will start issuing serial bonds.

A mechanism for issuing serial bonds for the first time in our country is being introduced at the initiative of the company (https://t.me/napp_uz/1078). This mechanism allows issuers to issue multiple tranches step-by-step within the framework of an approved bond program. This method simplifies the bond issuance process, optimizes financing costs for issuers, and creates an opportunity to attract funds in line with market conditions.

Serial bonds, while increasing financial efficiency and flexibility, also help expand the investor base and contribute to the further development of the capital market. This approach has been successfully implemented in countries with developed capital markets, such as Malaysia, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
