Оn results of 2021

According to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of JSC “UzMRC” held on June 29,2022 on the results of 2021, 2.58 percent (UZS 328,773,626.37) of the net profit of the Company was allocated to remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board.

Оn results of 2022

According to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of of JSC “UzMRC” held on May 29, 2023 on the results of 2022, 1.3% of the net profit of the Company (UZS 313,600,000.00) was allocated for remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board.

Оn results of 2023

According to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of of JSC “UzMRC” held on June 27,2023 on the results of 2023, 1.08% (UZS 336,000,000.00) of the net profit of the Company was allocated to remuneration of the members of the Supervisory Board.
