Hiring procedure

Candidates for the available vacant positions at the Joint Stock Company “Mortgage Refinancing Company of Uzbekistan” (hereinafter - the Company) are selected based on the established qualification requirements and in accordance with the procedure provided for by law, through an open and independent competition.

Employment in the Company is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code and the Company's internal regulations.

Regardless of age, nationality, gender, social origin, property or official status, citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who possess the necessary professional, business, personal, and moral qualities, educational background, and who are not subject to legal restrictions on holding positions in the state civil service, and who meet the qualification requirements for the relevant position, may be employed by the Company through an open competition.
