According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5715 dated May 13, 2019, ""On Additional Measures to Develop and Expand the Mortgage Credit Market,"" ""Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company"" was established as a joint-stock company on November 4, 2019.
Over the past 5 years, the Company has been achieving its set goals step by step. In this short period, the Company successfully attracted funds from international financial organizations, developed a system for refinancing mortgage loans in the Uzbek market, increased the liquidity of commercial banks, and issued and placed its first and subsequent corporate bonds in the securities market.
The Company's five-year achievements were presented in the form of a report through a video showcasing the results in numbers."
