DOM.RF and Uzbekistan are strengthening cooperation in the fields of housing construction and finance.

A delegation from the company paid an official visit to DOM.RF, one of the Russian Federation’s leading housing development institutions.

During the meeting, the two sides discussed the introduction of advanced solutions aimed at fostering the development of the construction and financial sectors in Uzbekistan.

Key Areas of Cooperation:
✅ Securitization of mortgage loans;
✅ Implementation of DOM.RF’s digital platforms;
✅ Joint initiatives on green construction and improving energy efficiency.

As part of the visit, a two-day seminar was held, during which DOM.RF specialists shared their expertise on the structuring of mortgage-backed securities (MBS).

Earlier, Uzbekistan had begun implementing the “green” construction standard for multi-apartment residential buildings developed by DOM.RF — a significant step towards sustainable development.
