The company has succeeded in securing the next tranche of direct (without government guarantee) loan funds from the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

Negotiations between the company and ADB for the provision of direct (without government guarantee) loan funds amounting to 30 million US dollars have been successfully completed, and the contract has been signed.

The raised funds will be directed towards financing mortgage loans and green housing provided by commercial banks on commercial terms, as well as for refinancing.

"The signing of this agreement is another significant achievement in the framework of cooperation between the company and ADB. Developing further cooperation with ADB, ensuring a continuous supply of resources to commercial banks, and thereby meeting the housing needs of the population, creating more favorable conditions for mortgage loans, are of great importance," says the company's CEO, Murodjon Farmanov.
