The ASMMA 2025 Annual Meeting has concluded
The next annual meeting of the Asian Secondary Mortgage Market Association (ASMMA) was held in Samarkand. Representatives of mortgage organizations from the region discussed the development of the secondary mortgage market, ways to expand cooperation mechanisms, and priority directions for the coming year.
📝All agenda items were reviewed during the meeting. Accordingly, the ASMMA Secretariat and members presented their annual activity reports.
✅ The candidate from the Mongolian Mortgage Corporation was approved as ASMMA Chair for 2026.
🖊 A memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Company and the Mongolian Mortgage Corporation.
↗️ During the meeting, agreements were reached on expanding resources through capital markets, developing joint projects, and deepening regional integration.
📌 ASMMA members expressed their readiness to strengthen cooperation further in order to promote a sustainable mortgage market across Asia.
