The achievements of the Company in recent years have attracted the attention of international partners.

The results achieved by the Company in the development of the mortgage market are receiving recognition at the international level. In this regard, a delegation from the State Mortgage Company visited the Company to study its experience and become familiar with advanced practices. 

The State Mortgage Company (SMC) is a major state financial institution of the Kyrgyz Republic that implements mortgage programs in the country and aims to improve the population’s housing conditions. The organization holds an important position in the field of social mortgage lending in Kyrgyzstan and is one of the key state-supported operators in this sector.

During the meeting, the Company presented its main directions of mortgage market development in Uzbekistan, along with achieved results and practical experience. The delegation showed particular interest in mortgage refinancing mechanisms, effective cooperation with commercial banks, and modern approaches to lending.

Innovative products of the Company, such as “green renovation,” mortgages for self-employed individuals, and mortgage guarantees, were also highlighted.

As a result of the visit, the parties agreed to further in-depth study of the Company’s experience and to expand future cooperation.
