Some criteria for the acceptability of mortgage loans have changed

Due to the update of the Project Management Manual (PAM), from July 5, 2021, there were some changes in the eligibility criteria for refinanced mortgage loans issued by commercial banks (Participating Financial Institutions), namely:
- The maximum limit of a mortgage loan for the purchase of a home has become 400 million UZS instead of the previously set 323 million UZS.
- The maximum monthly net income of the borrower (household) has become 15 million UZS instead of the previously set 10 million UZS.
The remaining criteria remain unchanged.
