As you know, secondary mortgage organizations are the epitome of housing finance. They also play an important role in promoting home ownership and providing affordable housing and cheaper financing. In addition, secondary mortgage organizations, as financial intermediaries, help to increase the number of innovative financial products in the debt capital market.
ASMMA puts forward goals such as uniting such large organizations of Asia, creating a basis and platform for sharing ideas and experiences, and encouraging housing financing.
