Interest rates for refinancing a portfolio of eligible mortgages have been reduced by 50 bps.
Attention all Participating Financial Institutions (PFIs)!
Starting June 25, 2021, UzKRI JSC will begin refinancing PFIs' qualified mortgage loan portfolios at a rate of 12.5%, which is 0.5% lower than the previous rate. The interest rate structure remains unchanged: the maximum PFI spread for mortgage loans is 5%, and for mortgage loans for home renovations is 4%.
