In order to develop the country's housing sector, improve the mechanisms for providing mortgage loans and expand the possibilities of using mortgage loans on market principles for all segments of the population, on May 13, 2019, Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-5715 "On additional measures for the development and expansion of the mortgage lending market" was issued.
Based on this Decree, JSC "Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company" was established
