About the additional funding line
JSC "Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is pleased to announce that on December 21, 2022, a new loan agreement entered into between the Asian Development Bank and the Republic of Uzbekistan represented by the Ministry of Finance (No. 4245-UZB) to provide a financing line for the Company for the purpose of refinancing the latter's eligible mortgage loans issued by qualified commercial banks to the population.
