A meeting was held with experts from the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe
Within the framework of cooperation between the National Committee for Sustainable Development of Urbanization and Housing Market of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE), a working group of UNECE experts is visiting Uzbekistan on October 26–29, 2026.
- As part of the visit, a meeting was held at the Company with the working group led by Javier Torner.
- During the meeting, key issues concerning the development of Uzbekistan's housing sector, housing finance, and the mortgage market were discussed.
In addition, the sides exchanged views on the development of the "Country Profile", which covers urbanization, urban planning, housing, and land administration.
The parties outlined the prospects for expanding cooperation in these areas and implementing international best practices.
