A General agreement has been signed with another major bank

On March 26, 2021, the General Agreement on Refinancing was signed between JSC "Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company" and JSC People's Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Our Company is successfully expanding its activities and the list of partner banks has been replenished with one of the largest state-owned banks in the country - JSC People's Bank. This is a huge success for us and for our people, since this bank is the largest not only in terms of assets or branch network, but also for its success in retail lending, the level of customer service and structural changes that have been taking place in the bank since 2020. For example, in 2020 alone, JSC People's Bank issued mortgage loans worth 388 billion soums for 4,000 families throughout Uzbekistan. The bank has vast experience in mortgage lending, actively participates in many state programs for the development of the mortgage market and has firmly established its name as a truly people's bank of the country.

The financial resources of the Company will be used to provide mortgage loans to the population for the purchase of affordable housing on the primary and secondary markets, as well as for the renovation of existing housing.
