A Cooperation Agreement Signed Between the Company and the French Development Agency (AFD)
As part of the state visit of the President of Uzbekistan to France on March 11–13 of this year, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Murodjon Farmanov, took part in the delegation representing Uzbekistan.
During the visit, the Company and the French Development Agency (AFD) reached an agreement on strategic financial cooperation aimed at improving energy efficiency in Uzbekistan.
Within the framework of this partnership, AFD is expected to provide the Company with a credit line and grant funding totaling 30 million euros in the equivalent amount of the national currency.
This financing package is intended to support the "green" renovation of residential buildings in Uzbekistan and improve energy efficiency, thereby contributing to the creation of more comfortable living conditions for the population.
This agreement marks an important step forward in the development of the green economy in Uzbekistan.
