In accordance with the decision of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated June 25, 2026, it was decided to pay dividends in the amount of UZS 129.41 per share of JSC “Mortgage Refinancing Company of Uzbekistan”.

Dividend start date: June 25, 2026.

Dividend end date: August 23, 2026.

Dividends will be paid in cash by bank transfer to shareholders' bank accounts.
