Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master’s degree or professional certification (such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA) in a relevant field is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in treasury back-office, banks accounting, or a related financial role.
- Experience managing treasury files and document flow in credit institutions.
- Experience in navigating complex treasury operations and maintaining compliance with Central Bank requirements.
Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exceptional skills in Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining treasury records and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate treasury documentation, agreements and assess the creditworthiness of customers based on financial data, credit reports, and payment history.
- Monitor and manage existing treasury accounts and reviewing payment schedules.
- Maintain open lines of communication with customers regarding treasury operations terms, payment schedules, and resolving treasury-related inquiries or disputes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date treasury records, prepare treasury reports, and provide regular updates to management on treasury portfolio performance.
- Ensure compliance with company treasury policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations, and make recommendations for improvements as necessary.
