HR BP Responsibilities
Strategic Interaction with Management:
- Consulting department heads on personnel management and business process optimization.
- Participating in the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
- Analyzing current staffing needs, forecasting future requirements, and developing appropriate solutions.
Contracts and Agreements:
- Overseeing the conclusion, amendment, and termination of employment contracts.
- Developing and approving standard forms of civil law contracts (CLC).
- Coordinating with the legal department on labor relations and CLC legal support.
- Monitoring compliance with contract terms (both labor and CLC) and assessing risks associated with their violation.
Personnel Management:
- Developing and implementing employee training, motivation, and development programs.
- Handling complex labor relations issues, including disputes and conflicts.
- Interacting with employee representatives.
Recruitment:
- Developing and implementing hiring strategies.
- Conducting selection, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Coordinating recruitment needs with department heads.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Maintaining analytics on key HR indicators: staff turnover, employee satisfaction levels, training effectiveness, etc.
- Preparing management reports on personnel management.
Compliance with Legislation:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, including requirements for employment contracts and CLCs.
- Providing consultations on labor and civil law for internal stakeholders.
Working Conditions:
- Schedule: 5/2, standard working hours.
