HR BP Responsibilities

Strategic Interaction with Management:

  • Consulting department heads on personnel management and business process optimization.
  • Participating in the development and implementation of the company's HR strategy.
  • Analyzing current staffing needs, forecasting future requirements, and developing appropriate solutions.

Contracts and Agreements:

  • Overseeing the conclusion, amendment, and termination of employment contracts.
  • Developing and approving standard forms of civil law contracts (CLC).
  • Coordinating with the legal department on labor relations and CLC legal support.
  • Monitoring compliance with contract terms (both labor and CLC) and assessing risks associated with their violation.

Personnel Management:

  • Developing and implementing employee training, motivation, and development programs.
  • Handling complex labor relations issues, including disputes and conflicts.
  • Interacting with employee representatives.

Recruitment:

  • Developing and implementing hiring strategies.
  • Conducting selection, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Coordinating recruitment needs with department heads.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Maintaining analytics on key HR indicators: staff turnover, employee satisfaction levels, training effectiveness, etc.
  • Preparing management reports on personnel management.

Compliance with Legislation:

  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, including requirements for employment contracts and CLCs.
  • Providing consultations on labor and civil law for internal stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • Schedule: 5/2, standard working hours.
