Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the daily schedule of the General Director – planning meetings, signing documents, and organizing business trips;
- Coordinating the management’s activities – scheduling business meetings and reminding about various events and activities;
- Ensuring a comfortable workspace – maintaining cleanliness, order, and a suitable working environment;
- Handling the General Director’s documents, including processing incoming letters and calls;
- Managing the company's documentation workflow;
- Conducting official correspondence on behalf of the company;
- Ensuring psychological comfort for the management;
- Conducting initial negotiations;
- Receiving and redirecting incoming phone calls;
- Providing the management with all necessary information upon request;
- Supplying the management with office supplies and other necessary materials.
Required Knowledge:
- Literacy and strong writing skills;
- Proficiency in all office programs;
- Fast typing speed;
- Knowledge of at least one foreign language (English is preferred);
- Basic programming knowledge and familiarity with specialized computer programs;
- Ability to handle documentation and correspondence in compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Understanding of current legislation;
- Clear and articulate speech.
