We are 1 year old!

Dear friends,

We are pleased to announce that today JSC “Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company” celebrates its First Birthday. Our company was established on November 4, 2019, with the aim of promoting affordable housing. We enable banks to develop their mortgage business, promote international mortgage lending practices, and contribute to the growth of local capital markets through bond issuance. We have united and are making every effort to achieve our goals. Despite the pandemic and weakening economic activity in Uzbekistan, we have successfully signed the first round of agreements and issued the first three loans to banks.
