We inform you that the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of JSC "Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company" will be held on Friday, December 25, 2020 at 15:00 hours in the form of a video conference using the Microsoft Teams program. (The link to Microsoft Teams will be additionally notified to shareholders)

Agenda

• Approval of the Company's Charter in a new version.
• Approval of the new organizational structure of the company.
• Approval of a new independent member of the Supervisory Board.
• Determining an audit organization that meets the requirements of the Asian Development Bank to conduct an external audit of the company's financial statements for 2020 and approving the maximum amount of payment for its services.
• On determining the amount of salary payment to independent members of the Supervisory Board of the company for the period of performance of their duties.

*Date of drawing up the register of shareholders of the Company for the notification of holding an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on November 30, 2020.

*Date of drawing up the register of shareholders of the Company for holding an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on December 21, 2020 g.
