Active meetings were held with the independent members visiting the Company for the first time.
During these meetings, the following topics were discussed:
- The state of the banking sector, ADB's strategic approach in this field, and the Company's role in the mortgage market with the leadership of ADB's Uzbekistan office;
- The state of the mortgage market, opportunities and challenges, the bank's mortgage credit policy, and cooperation matters with the leadership of Ipotekabank and Hamkorbank;
- Key trends and issues in the mortgage market, the Central Bank's forecasts for the future of the mortgage market in Uzbekistan with the leadership of the Central Bank.
Additionally, discussions were held on improving the Company's activities in the areas of risk, internal audit, refinancing, and corporate governance."
