JSC Uzbekistan Mortgage Refinancing Company (the Company) continues its practice of refinancing mortgage loans at 17-18% interest rates, in accordance with the Company's requirements.

As a reminder, under the loan agreement signed on November 14, 2022, between the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and the Company, a resource pool of 150 million USD was attracted by the Company from ADB. To date, the Company continues to allocate resources for 17-18% mortgage loans for commercial banks based on this credit line. Commercial banks, in turn, are gradually presenting portfolios that meet the Company’s requirements, and the refinancing operations are ongoing."
